Scott finally heard the entire Steven Curtis Chapman song , "Cinderella". My mom called a few weeks ago and told him that hearing the song made her think of him and Abigail. Abigail and Scott LOVE to dance together. We have an episode of Dancing With the Stars on our DVR and Abigail is always asking Scott to turn it on and dance with her. They look so cute dancing around the living room together. Usually Abigail wears her princess pajamas because she and her daddy dance before bedtime. She loves everything princess and will put on her Cinderella dress with her crown, septor, purse, necklace, earrings, bracelets, rings, and "glass" slippers. Scott will admit that the SCC song makes him a little emotional because the first verse really fits with our lives right now. Saturday, March 8, 2008

Speaking of Dancing with the Stars, new contestant Penn Jillette (the speaking half of magician's Penn and Teller whom I somehow, despite his staunch atheism and foul mouth, have a weird affinity for)did a recent video blog where he railed against our need to call our daughters "princesses" because as American's we should be completely against the royalty thing. My first thought was, "Wow, is this what I sound like when I over think everything?" and my second thought was, "So instead of my little princess, does she become my little senator?" Anyhow he then pans the camera to reveal his daughter coloring in a Disney Princess's Book and sitting in a Princess booster chair, so take from it what you will.
Can't wait to see what comes out of his mouth on DWTS.
Oh, and your daughter is the cutest thing I have ever seen.
